Ad-hoc hours are charged at £25 per hour and invoiced at the end of the project or task. There is no commitment to regular work and clients only use our time as and when required, (there is a minimum charge of £25).
'1-Hour emergency slots' are also available, eg: 1 hour of filing, 1 hour of inbox tidying, 1 hour for document re-formatting, or 1 hour of research. Whatever your emergency, give us a call on 01258 450557 for a chat. We are very flexible and can normally fit you in really quickly.
- A retainer package is adapted between the VA and the client, once time and tasks have been agreed
- Retained clients’ work has priority over ad-hoc work as you are securing our hours
- An agreement will be signed by both parties
- Time agreed is worked during normal office hours of 9.00am-5.00pm Monday to Friday. Any tasks requested out of normal office hours will be charged at £35 per hour
- Retainer packages are paid in advance, sometimes by standing order - you are booking our time for the coming month
- 1, 2, 3 or 4 unused hours can be rolled over to the following month (from 10hrs per month) depending on the package agreed, but it is not possible to carry over more than 4. Any hours worked above those already agreed will be invoiced at the same discounted rate
- Time worked will be tracked by the minute
